Because if you have a mishap, with this service we are going to rescue you and yours.We will do our best to repair the fault on site, and if this is not possible, we will provide you with a replacement car.
We will also take your car to a workshop.Thanks to the RACE SOS application we will geolocate you and so you will not have to worry about knowing where you are since RACE SOS will locate your position using the GPS of your device and we will know where you are.Pressing the "Request Assistance" button will establish a connection to our Operations Center that will receive the information of your request along with the information of your position.We will call you to confirm your location and determine the service needs based on the problem that has arisen to provide you with the best service for your accident.In addition, you will have your RACE membership card in the application, and you can use it to enter the AENA VIP lounges of the main airports in Spain and you can request access to International airport VIP lounges.
